John was very accommodating on searching for a home. We went through dozens and landed on the one that best fit my needs. He not only helped with the negotiation and finding the right lender, he also made sure that my new home had the warranties. Some of the windows needed to be fixed and he helped on getting it done. Can’t go wrong with this guy. He is dedicated and wants you to feel right at home.

I've known John for a while, but never needed his services. My apartment building caught fire and we needed a place ASAP. Everyone in town was trying to help us, and we looked and talked to many realtors. Living out of a motel....John stepped in.

He worked tirelessly trying to find us a place. We tried for a house, but were under pressure and weren't really ready. We had requirements for an apartment, and John sincerely listened to our needs and concerns.

When I say tirelessly, I can't even begin to express how efficient and effective our experience with him was. In the end, we found a really wonderful place - and a place that feels like home. MUCH nicer than where we were...and yes, the wiring is a ton safer now.

Would I recommend him? Absolutely. My gratitude for his help during that very trying time cannot be overstated.

He was professional and brought a more positive energy to the table than the other agents I talked with previously. He walked me through the whole process in a very comfortable manner. John was my (buyer's) agent for purchase of my first home. I purchased a duplex near Boston in a hot market. It took some time and multiple offers because of how busy the market was but eventually got a a duplex I liked in the area I wanted at a price I was happy with. John was very responsive and attended a lot of open houses with me and helped me put together multiple offers during the process. He was also great about answering questions I had during the process and if he didn't have the answer he was great about connecting me to someone who did to make sure I was comfortable at every step of the process. I would recommend John
