John Waldeck

Long Island born and raised, John H. Waldeck is excited to help those in his community who are looking to buy, sell or rent their dream home! Born in North Babylon, John became a homeowner himself in 2014 in Babylon.

Having lived on Long Island his entire life, John is very familiar with several towns and neighborhoods across Nassau and Suffolk counties. He is dedicated to helping his Clients find those hidden gems, negotiate for the best deals and help reach their goals. Eager to use his extensive experience in customer service and management that he gained in his 18-years in grocery retail, Real Estate is not only his career but a new way for him to utilize his skills and knowledge.

Inspired by his father who is a successful Mortgage Loan Officer, John began his career in Real Estate when he joined Signature Premier Properties in Babylon, NY. Signature Premier Properties is #1 for "Fewest Days on the Market" for homes placed under contract and for home sold in Suffolk and Nassau counties (2014 & 2015).
