The home we bought through John was a "short sale" meaning that there were actually three parties involved, buyer, seller and lender, since the home was listed below the value of the mortgage. As listing agent, John represented all three parties which is a delicate balancing act in itself. He had already been working on the sale for 3-4 months when we saw the unit... the original buyer had given up, and there were many times we almost did but John kept plugging away. Within a couple of months, we finally had a deal everyone could agree on and we closed about a month later.

John's tireless efforts and negotiating skills really paid off and we love our new home!!! Whether you are buying or selling, I highly recommend John for all your residential real estate needs in the Orange Park area.

John was super helpful in buying our home and found us our dream home within 2 days! We were a military family, looking for our new home and purchasing while we were living in another state. He helped us through the whole process, was available and very understanding whenever we had any questions or concerns. In this crazy market, he found us a home we loved within the first day we were looking.
