John Watson

John has over 40 years of experience in the development, construction, and sales of residential and commercial real estate. He began his career with Sea Pines Company as one of the design managers of Amelia Island Plantation and has been involved in Plantation Real Estate since 1974.
He has the unique ability to evaluate the investment potential and construction quality of any real estate purchase you may be considering.
John has two adult children and three grandchildren who love the island as much as he does. He enjoys sailing and golf and believes Amelia is the perfect location for both activities.
