We had enlisted Johnna's business to sell our home and find us a new one that would fulfill all of our needs as a family. She was extremely helpful in suggesting different things we needed to do to make our current home more appealing to buyers, and extremely patient in waiting for us to be able to get everything finished up and put together to be able to list. With her help, we received a more than asking offer the day after we officially listed and began our escrow process a few days later! The search for our new home was super easy since she discussed with us exactly what we were looking for and plugged it into the search engine so that we could receive updated listings any time throughout the day. When we weren't finding exactly what we were hoping for, she was courteous enough to invite us over to revisit our initial listing criteria. within a day we had more options and actually found our dream home. Although our home buying process was a little more complicated than our selling, Johnna maintained perfect calmness while going to bat for and protecting us and keeping our interests at the forefront of everything. She was extremely knowledgable with everything, even having to correct the selling party of their mistakes on multiple occasions. Johnna Wright really is the “right agent”. When we were ready to sell a rental property we didn’t even think of calling anyone other than Johnna. We have worked with her on four real estate transactions in the last five years. Because we retired and moved out of state a couple years ago we needed an agent we could trust. The sale included quite a few issues to deal with. Johnna kept us posted on everything and was available practically 24/7. When I hire a real estate agent, I do not need the agent that sells the most property (sales agent of the year). I do not want the agent to the stars. What I want when I am investing hundreds of thousands of dollars is honesty and integrity. Someone that I can trust. Johnna is that agent. I recently purchase a home in North San Bernardino (near CSUSB) and the deal almost fell through. Johnna's adherence to moral and ethical principles is the reason that a difficult escrow finally went through. If you value someone you can trust I highly recommend her as your agent. Purchasing property is difficult but with someone you can trust it is a lot less painful. I recommend you find that one agent you can really trust and build that professional relationship.
