He has been the Director of Sales for many large home builders, brokered 7 successful offices, and owned 6. Most recently he founded Align Right Realty in August of 2016.

He became an Instructor Training Institute (ITI) Certified Continuing Education Instructor for the Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR) in 2007. In 2008 he became a Motivational Trainer with EXIT Realty Corp. International, sold his 3 EXIT Realty offices, and began travelling the country sharing his knowledge and expertise with others. In addition to training and mentoring the agents within his office, Johnny also trains and coaches REALTORS® and Brokers across North America to be the best in their market by serving their clients with a strong foundation of knowledge and skill.
