My mother had passed away when I sought realtors advice on whether or not to sell. I met Johnny Stockard at our arranged meeting. Johnny was accompanied by Real estate agent, Starlena McBride. Johnny is both professional and salt to the earth. It's very rare to find a person who leads with those two qualities. Johnny is very knowledgeable in his field. He assured me of his total transparency in answering any and all questions I had. Because he brought my mind to ease, I was then able to start my journey as a first time home seller. I gave Johnny total transparency as well, and didn't hold back on things relevant to my Mom's property. Going thru this property selling process wasn't always easy. Johnny was always on time for scheduled meetings and such. He was right there for me throughout this entire process. Johnny is a huge benefit to your agency, I'm sure, because he is committed to each one of his clients. He gives so much of himself. Johnny has, ithout a doubt, gave his all towards the swlling of my Mom's house. I will continue to recommend his services, as I have been doing since I met him. It is no doubt that Johnny Stockard will take the agency far and achieve all goals he sets his mind to.

I don’t even know where to begin, but I do know Johnny is amazing. He went above and beyond and still does for me and my family. He found us our dream home our forever home he constantly checks in and never let me down thru the entire process, Johnny Stockert is amazing we came across him by accident, and I truly believe he was put in our life to help us get our in goal. Without him, I don’t know where we would be today. Choose him as your next agent you won’t be disappointed.

Johnny was my realtor helping me step by step through the daunting task of not just buying a home for the first time but also all on my own. However, he made me feel like I was not alone throughout the whole process. He was very patient with how indecisive I can be and gave me the best impartial advice to help guide me with my decision making.
