Joi Wildmam

A Quintessential New Yorker, Joi Wildman joins Compass while maintaining her career as a Fashion Designer for more than 25 years. Her search for a NYC CO-OP, Love for NYC and intuitive nature is what drew her to a career in RE.

Joi knows NYC like the back of her hand! She was raised in Brooklyn and then moved to Manhattan, living on the Upper East Side and then Upper West Side. She recently purchased a CO-OP in Riverdale, a move that affords her extremely close proximity to the city and at the same time the slower pace of living in a borough. Her knowledge of the streets of NYC and diverse neighborhoods give her the necessary expertise to help buyers find their perfect home.

Her Intuitive and perceptive nature helps discover the unique personalities of her clients, so she can act in their best Interest. She strives to make the business of real estate feel more like a creative process rather than transactional. This is not to say that she is not keyed into the business aspect of the field. Joi holds a BS in Accounting from Brooklyn College and practiced as an Accountant before studying at F.I.T and then starting her career and building her own brand in the Fashion world. She is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
