I entered this industry with a vision of development, and alongside my husband—a licensed contractor—we have successfully developed multiple spec-home neighborhoods throughout the area. This "boots on the ground" experience gives my clients an unfair advantage; I understand construction, land value, and potential in a way few others can.

A World of Perspective, A Heart in Haywood Originally from a small mountain town in China, having lived in the mega city of Shanghai, later in Nagoya, Japan, I moved to Haywood County in 2009. While I speak Mandarin Chinese fluently and am proficient in Japanese, I have spent the last 15 years becoming more familiar with this county than many natives. I offer my clients a unique bridge between global perspective and local intimacy.
