Working with Jolie was truly amazing. I met Jolie, at an open house, a few years ago when I popped in to see a unique live/work condo. She was really nice and asked the dreaded question... "are you working with an agent?" To my surprise, she was not pushy or overly aggressive, which is a huge red flag to me. We chatted, I took her business card and followed up with her a few months later. She recommended I attend a first time home buyers information class because I was terrified of the home buying process and COMMITTMENT. She assured me the class would be very informative and should answer any questions that I had. I attended the class, but didn't take any further action. Two years later, 2021, I reached out to Jolie and the Mortgage Broker to start the process again, but with certainty. Jolie pulled out her previous notes from three years ago and updated them. She selected several homes that were worth touring and within 2 months I had selected a home and closed escrow. I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Jolie. She remained in constant communication with me, daily, she truly made this process easy and helped me find my starter home.
