I sincerely cannot express how amazing Jon has been in helping us find our perfect home. It was simply incredible how we could text him a home, see it, thoughtfully craft an offer, and submit it all within hours. In this market, being first to table proved to be advantageous to us and Jon made that happen. My husband and I were just beginning to think about looking at homes to buy and met Jonathan at an open house. He listened closely to what we liked and didn't like about the place. Then he was great about following up with our uber picky list of what we wanted in a home (in Fells Point, on the water, concierge etc). He found exactly the right place for us and helped us with all the details. Really great about follow up and very responsive to all our questions. And always on time for all our meetings. Buying a home is difficult but Jonathan makes it as painless as possible. And now we live in our dream home!
