I have lived and worked in the Rapid City area for over twenty-six years which has given me specialized knowledge of Rapid City and the Black Hills area. I have been actively involved in real estate sales and investing for the last twenty years. I own and manage Executive Real Estate and Rentals LLC., a rental home business offering high quality short-term housing to locals and business travelers. Prior to working full-time as a broker, I spent almost twenty years in law enforcement as a police officer and forensic examiner working in South Dakota & war zones. I also served five tours in Iraq and Afghanistan as a subject matter expert to the U.S. military using forensics to solve war crimes and save the lives of our soldiers. Law enforcement and forensics have taught me the importance of commitment and attention to detail, which I apply on a daily basis.
