About Jon

Jon guesses you could say that real estate is in his DNA. His father owned and operated Frederick’s Real Estate company in Scarborough, Maine and as a young man, he would go to the office to watch him work. Jon entered the real estate world in early 2000 in property management working with Washington Real Estate Investment Trust. While there, Jon worked at several mid to high-rise buildings ensuring that his residents were happy and comfortable. Over the years, he took on separate roles as regional compliance manager, maintenance coordinator and the most exciting role of being a licensed REALTOR® with Long and Foster. He loves working with his clients to buy and sell their homes and have found many friends along the way. One of the things that Jon loves about being a REALTOR®, is working and volunteering in the communities he services.
