Jon House

Jon House is a dedicated REALTOR® who combines his passion for real estate with a deep love for his community and family. An active member of the Lake Norman area, Jon has taken on leadership roles in various local groups, helps to guide new agents and engages in charitable efforts that make a positive impact on the neighborhood. His commitment to community growth and well-being is evident in everything he does. Jon believes that strong communities not only enhance quality of life but also contribute to rising property values, making them a key focus in his work.

Outside of real estate, Jon is a stage 4 non-Hodgkin Lymphoma cancer survivor, a former NASCAR jackman who retired in 2016 after a serious pit road accident, a loving husband and the proud father of three daughters, all conceived through the journey of IVF. Jon has faced life's challenges head-on, emerging stronger each time.

Jon is an outdoor enthusiast with a particular passion for competitive kayak fishing. His love for the water extends beyond sport; through his nonprofit, Reel Heroes, Jon helps others experience the therapeutic and empowering effects of fishing while raising money to support our Veteran's.
