About Jon

John Kerrey was born and raised in the mid-west. He has two sons with children, all residing in Lincoln, Nebraska. He has degrees in business, economics and mathematics.

John has extensive expertise in construction management, land acquisition, and 1031 Tax Free Exchanges. John built approximately 50 homes and commercial buildings in Nebraska. He owned and operated a real estate brokerage with 35 agents in Lincoln, Nebraska for over 10 years.


In June 1985, John moved to San Diego and has worked with Jelley Properties since that time. His thorough knowledge of the real estate market has allowed him to successfully build and maintain relationships with clients in all price ranges and with a broad range of real estate needs.
