Jon Lawless

Jon Lawless is the principal broker and owner of Vault Properties based out of Dedham MA, an affiliate of the Greater Boston real estate board, and a member of the National association of realtors. Jon lived in the Roslindale neighborhood of Boston for 25 years and has a wealth of knowledge about the neighborhoods and complex real estate market within Boston proper as well as the suburbs that make up Greater Boston. For the past 12 years he has resided just outside the city in the suburb of Dedham with his wife and two children. With a decade of full-time real estate experience and over 100 homes sold locally Jon is a valued partner to have on his client’s side during their real estate transactions. Being a real estate investor himself and possessing a construction background has been instrumental in Jon’s ability to help his clients understand all facets of the transaction from different standpoints but also the property itself and the realistic potential of what the properties can be.
