Full time since 1992, it continues to be a great pleasure to have a small part in my clients lives. It is an honor to assist my clients in moving to the next season of their lives by selling their home at the highest possible price in the shortest amount of time. It is a privilege to share in a first time home buyers dreams and goals or help a growing family find a larger home. The majority of my business is referral - working with multiple members of the same extended family and repeat clients who sell and buy again as their needs change.
I began selling new and resale homes in 1992, in Richmond Virginia, was promoted to Sales Manager in 2001 and relocated to the Hampton Roads area. I was the Vice President of Sales at Eagle Harbor in Carrollton Virginia, and Area Sales Manager for Lennar at Colonial Heritage in Williamsburg before venturing back into general brokerage in 2011. Both communities won multiple awards for sales volume and marketing during my tenure.
In February 2015, I opened the first Hampton Roads office of Fathom Realty. Having worked for several firms in my career, I know first hand the leadership at Fathom Realty is second to none.
