Jon graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, focused in Marketing. Before transitioning into Real Estate, he spent over 11 years in the Hospitality and Management industry, sharpening his skills in communication, customer service, and leadership. A resident of the Tampa Bay area since 1991, Jon brings hyper-local insight and a deep understanding of neighborhood dynamics and property values.

Jon and his wife—both proud natives of Spring Hill, FL—met while attending USF. Today, they continue to live, work, and give back to their community. Outside of Real Estate, Jon enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and is a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan.
