Jon Meyers

I’ve spent the last nine years as an owner/operator of an independent appraisal company and have been in the real estate valuation profession for nearly 20 years. My real estate appraisal background includes both residential and commercial appraisal as well as valuations for eminent domain purposes. I attended St Francis de Sales High School and have a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Toledo.

In the last year I chose to change my core career focus from real estate valuation to real estate sales. As a result, you will be able to leverage my experience and pricing expertise in the sale or purchase of your next property, whether it is a single-family residential house or a 100-unit apartment complex. I’ve also made implementing a technology platform a priority so that I can spend more time advocating for you and insuring that your transaction is as seamless as possible.

My wife Martha and I have two boys and a small Shih Tzu dog named Boston. We enjoy playing tennis, riding our bikes, and walking through Wildwood Metro Park. We reside in Sylvania Township and thoroughly enjoy the amenities that Metro Toledo offers.
