First of all I go by Chris but the state requires me use my first name in any official matters, so from here on out I will be referred to as Chris.

Experience

In 2002 Chris received his real estate license and worked as an agent for 3 years before joining forces with partner Melodye Irey to form Sunburst Realty Group in 2005. During this time he has had his hands in all aspect of real estate including commercial development, commercial leasing, residential sales, condominium association management, residential property management and real estate investing. Chris is an active member of the Flagler County Association of Realtors. He has served as chairman on several committees including, Professional Standards, Grievance and Investment. He served as Treasurer 2015.

Personal

Chris likes to take advantage if the natural resources abundant in Florida. Day trips to state parks are a favorite along with some time at the beach which is a bike ride away. Of course being a fisherman Florida offers some of the best fishing in the country. He spends most of his vacations on Cruises since Florida is host to many of the Cruise lines. He is an active member of the local Astronomy club and has an observatory built in his backyard.
