Jon Palmieri

Jon has an unmatched appreciation and passion for Coronado Island, its people, and its real estate-which clients feel the moment they meet him. A resident of Coronado for almost two decades and a real estate investor for even longer, Jon believes the process of buying and selling a home should be an enjoyable and rewarding experience, both personally and financially. As a result, Jon has built his real estate business almost entirely on referrals and repeat clients. Jon's favorite aspect of real estate is collaborating with clients to prepare their home for sale or to find their next (or first) Coronado dream home, whether overlooking the Pacific or tucked away on a cozy street. He brings an informed and consultative approach to every transaction and is an expert in negotiation and pricing, which has resulted in his clients receiving top dollar for their homes. Having been involved in the development, building, and renovation of more than three-dozen properties, Jon is uniquely qualified to guide clients through local real estate issues, such as historic considerations, zoning restrictions, and building costs. This local expertise and vast market knowledge is greatly enhanced by his wife and business partner, Cara-one of Coronado's most creative and influential home and interior designers. Cara contributes to many of Jon's transactions, providing his clients with invaluable insights into how best to prepare a home to gain the most value in a sale or evaluating opportunities for improving a home after purchase. Always advocating for clients, Jon often speaks before the Coronado City Council on issues impacting real estate and development. Jon and his wife have raised four children and have had the opportunity to serve as foster parents to many others.
