Both JP and Mike were outstanding. They made time for us, even though we were house searching in terrible weather and often on short notice. In addition they went WAY above and beyond even after the sale, and did things they were in no way contractually obligated to do. This was, in my opinion, a measure of not only Rex homes, but JP as an individual. Jp totally worked his tail off to make the sale happen and then after we closed to do what was right, and pick up the slack from a very lazy selling agent and dishonest seller. This whole process wouldn't have been so smooth and easy had it not been for JP's patience with us, and his willingness to do what was right
