I have always felt that buying or selling a home was one of the most frustrating processes ever. There are delays, disappointments, constant requests and sometimes the realtor is not a good fit. This was my mind frame and no once could convince me otherwise…until I met Jon!! He listed my home, told me what I needed to do to make my home more attractive to buyers, I did it, received multiple offers and just like that…..my house was sold. I literally felt like I did not do anything. Jon is AMAZING!!!! He had my back while I was deployed, worked around the 14 hour time difference, assisted with my management company and tenants, as well as gained my trust by understanding my needs, thereby allowing me to trust him to make urgent decisions for me when I could not. This was the best experience I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend Jon Prettyman!!!!!

When it came to selling the old, once again we had circumstances. We had unfinished projects to do and we were downsizing.
