Jon Ridgeway is a licensed Associate Broker in Maryland and Virginia. He has been in real estate his whole life. Jon’s family has been in real estate for three generations. He is also the owner of Compass Property Management LLC and D and T Investments. His real estate career started selling new homes for multiple builders in Maryland. Jon progressed into land development and building of several new home subdivisions. His business now includes growing his property management business, buying, and flipping houses, and helping buyer and sellers buy and sell homes through The Ridgeway Group. Jon was a real estate broker for 20 years before joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty and starting The Ridgeway Group.
