Jon͏ is the BEST!
Jon is hands down the best realtor in town! He is extremely knowledgeable about the area, detail orientated and punctual with deadlines. He is very patient and explains everything in detail for people buying and selling for the first time. He is wonderful with kids, families and pets- he made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We would highly recommend his service to anyone looking for buy or sell a house. He will absolutely be our realtor for life!

My husband and I had been looking in a specific school district for a few years. Jonathan was so helpful in getting us into any home we wanted to see when it would go on the market. Finally in the summer of 2020 we found a home that we loved! (We all know what 2020 looked like for everyone) Jonathan helped us navigate buying a home in the middle of a pandemic like a true professional. Couldn’t have asked for better!
Jonathan helped us when we bought our very first house 8 years ago. He was amazing with helping us navigate being first time home buyers as well as fighting on our behalf to be sure that everything went as it should. Fast forward to 2020 when we decided to sell our first home to buy a new home in the school district we wanted for our kids. Jonathan was integral in the process. He helped us get our house prepared perfectly to be photographed even when it was extremely stressful! He was patient with us when we fell a little behind schedule. He fought for us when we had buyers try to back out last minute as well as when the demands did not match up with what was being offered. He helped us to secure our new home! I could not have asked for a better realtor to walk us through the process multiple times over. I would recommend Jonathan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You won’t be disappointed!

Jonathan Riley assisted us with purchasing our new home to accommodate my in-laws needing to live with us. We had very specific requirements for this in regards to size and accessibility. Jonathan has helped us buy two homes, and sell one. Each experience with him over the years has been consistently perfect.
