Jon Roberts

Jon has been a licensed broker in the State of Colorado since 2001. Prior to moving to Colorado in July 2000, Jon served as a Captain in the United State Army utilizing his Undergraduate Degree in Architecture managing the Design & Construction of Army medical hospitals and clinics. Upon his arrival in the state, Jon enrolled in the University of Denver’s Master in Real Estate & Construction Management and graduated in 2004. Since then, Jon has closed hundreds of transactions totaling well over $100M. In the early recovery of the Recession, Jon started building homes in Denver. Since 2011, Jon has built 13 homes and has 23 units in construction, design or permitting. When not practicing real estate, Jon is engaged in the community serving on the Board of Directors for Denver Urban Scholars promoting youth mentoring for high school graduation and career or college readiness. Jon also serves on the Centennial Planning & Zoning Commission as well as the Legislative Policy Committees for the Colorado Association of Realtors and South Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.
