Originally from Fort Wayne Indiana and a graduating from Ball State University, Jon moved to NC around the time he started real estate and realized 2 things upon his move here to the south:

1. College prepares you for your career- but can''''t teach you a passion for people. His empathy and drive to help others is what he has attributed his career success to over the years.

2. He truly fell in love with the city, and in turn decided real estate was the path for him to take along the way. As the city grew, so did Jon''''s career focus and working with sellers and buyers alike along the way are his focus.

Jon has been our realtor through 3 homes, 1 referral and at-least one more in the future. We love him and he has become life family. He is great to work with and knows his stuff. He will give it to you straight and work super hard for you. He is honest and cares about making sure you are taking care of and not being taken advantage of.
