With a passion for people and 6 years of real estate experience. Jon focuses on finding the compatibility between homeowner and the right home. Being a professional at his career he has an uncanny ability at being able to take on the personal stresses of a large financial transaction and somewhat stressful process; and turning this process into a memorable experience and not a task for his clients.

A resident of Indian Land and homeowner himself, he has made it his business to know the ins and outs of real estate pertaining to our market as well as being able to transition this expertise into being an advocate for his clients.

Originally from Fort Wayne Indiana and a graduating from Ball State University, Jon moved to NC around the time he started real estate and realized 2 things upon his move here to the south:

1. College prepares you for your career- but can''''t teach you a passion for people. His empathy and drive to help others is what he has attributed his career success to over the years.



2. He truly fell in love with the city, and in turn decided real estate was the path for him to take along the way. As the city grew, so did Jon''''s career focus and working with sellers and buyers alike along the way are his focus.

We moved from out of state without knowing much about the area. Jon went out of his way to be sure we knew everything about all the different communities to make it super easy for us to make a decision. In the escrow and closing process Jon really helped us stay informed even being so far away. Very very helpful with everything.

Jon was great to work with! He was extremely professional, super helpful, accessible and was always available to dance around our work schedules so that we were able to view homes as soon as possible. (And we looked at A LOT of homes!) This was my first time buying a house, and I've heard many horror stories - but Jon made the whole process extremely easy and even a little enjoyable.

Jon has been our realtor through 3 homes, 1 referral and at-least one more in the future. We love him and he has become life family. He is great to work with and knows his stuff. He will give it to you straight and work super hard for you. He is honest and cares about making sure you are taking care of and not being taken advantage of. I have never minded one but paying his commission because he earns it and then sum. You won’t be disappointed with Jon!!
