My wife and I only had 3 days to find housing in Princeton. We visited several units that were not necessarily bad, but wasn't what we wanted. We contacted Jonathan with our specific requests and, as we were about to go back to our previous city (an 8-hour drive), Jonathan called us saying: "I found what you want". And, indeed, it was exactly what we wanted! He also gave us some tips on how to make the owner accept our proposal to postpone the rental star date in a month--and the landlord accepted it! We're very happy living in our house and we HIGHLY recommend working with Jonathan!
