Jonathan Bane

After spending several years in the software industry, Jonathan was looking for something that was a new challenge, which led Jonathan to real estate. After purchasing his first home, in which the process was terrible, he thought "there's got to be a better way" to use technology to streamline the process. To learn more, Jonathan began working at the Charfen Institute, a nationally recognized real estate education company, home of the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) Designation and Starpower, a top 1% think-tank to top producing REALTORS, located in Austin. Together with his Business Development Team, the Charfen Institute was ranked the 21st Fastest Growing Company in the US in 2011. Since joining the industry, Jonathan’s hard work and dedication has brought him recognition as helping his clients and being nominated as the Austin Board of Realtors’ 2013 “Rookie of the Year.” Jonathan enjoys working with first-time homebuyers, sellers, and those wanting to relocate to the great Austin, Texas.
