Jonathan Benowitz

Jonathan began his Real Estate Career with Davis Realtors at just 18 years old. Jonathan started as a Realtor Associate, and Stuart Davis, Founder of Davis Realty Group’s personal assistant. He quickly absorbed an immense knowledge of, and deep passion for Real Estate.

In his first few years in the industry, Jonathan closed dozens of Commercial and Residential transactions, earning multiple New Jersey Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Awards, all while being a full time college student and member of the Drew University Swimming and Diving Team.

In 2024, Jonathan graduated from Drew University with Cume Laude honors and a degree in Business.

He currently serves as a Broker Associate and Director of Operations at Davis Realty Group. In his role as Director of Operations, Jonathan plays a crucial part in overseeing elements of the back office including marketing, financials, business development, vendor relations, hiring/onboarding, and more.
