To say purchasing our first home was “a process” is the understatement of the year. Our offer was accepted on April 23 and we finally made it to settlement on October 22. It was six months of back & forth, six months of many people dropping the ball, & almost all of it was out of our control.

Although I’m sure he was just as frustrated as we were, Jonathan maintained his professionalism throughout the whole thing. He was creative and resourceful. He listened to & heard us and he did everything he could to ensure we made it to the finish line. & we did!

Jonathan is a friend & sometimes situations like this can get tricky. However, after working with him to take such a big step in our lives, I can truly say that I would trust Jonathan to help purchase our next home when the time comes.
