??In addition to single-family home and condominium resales, Jonathan has extensive experience in the listing and sales of new construction condominium buildings and TIC-conversion projects-having sold over 100 of these units in recent years. Jonathan’s legal background enables him to work closely and manage the legal paperwork with Title Company’s Subdivision departments, the City and County of San Francisco, condominium and land use attorneys, budget preparers & DRE deputies to assist in the issuance of the final documentation (Public Report) required to sell new and converted developments.

??Jonathan was born and raised in Santa Monica, California and earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from U.C. Berkeley in Art History before going on to earn his Juris Doctorate at U.C. Hastings College of the Law, where he served on the Law Review. Jonathan is a homeowner in San Francisco’s Corona Heights district and is active in the San Francisco nonprofit community. Jonathan also holds a Commercial Pilot Certificate (with multi-engine and instrument ratings) and is an active owner/pilot of a Cirrus SR22T.
