After graduating from college with a BFA in Design, Jon moved to Manhattan and worked for ten years as a lighting designer for Broadway, Off-Broadway, Dance and Touring productions all over the world. This experience developed his critical eye for aesthetics and design, which translates well to real estate; he is skilled at identifying the potential of properties and how to best market them for the highest return on investment.
