Had Jonathan as a landlord for three years and worked with him to purchase my first home! The market is wild and wooly and he knew how to move quickly and advocate for my partner and me throughout the process when we found the home we wanted. As a landlord he responds to issues quickly, is honest, and fair. He's a smart and funny person, too, I appreciate our conversations!
