Jonathan Krikorian

Jonathan Krikorian is a Partner at Investment Real Estate Associates. He specializes in multifamily and retail investment sales all across Southern California and Nationally.

Jonathan has been affiliated with the firm for almost 14 years. He began as an intern and was awarded Rookie of the Year in his first year as a full time agent with the firm. He continues to be one of IREA’s highest earning agents. Jonathan has developed long lasting client relationships through his attention to detail and honest business practices.

Prior to joining Investment Real Estate Associates, Jonathan worked as a credit analyst and underwriter in the commercial real estate division of Capital Source bank, a multi-billion dollar commercial bank, underwriting transactions as large as $100 million dollars. Earlier in his career, Jonathan interned for Hovde Financial as an investment banking analyst. His diverse background in real estate, commercial banking and investment banking allows Jonathan to provide his clients with comprehensive knowledge and expertise.
