I can't reccomend Jonathan Lee highly enough. Jonathan is very good at what he does and very hard working. He worked some magic and got me an amazing house and an affordable price. He made the whole process very easy and painless. I was a first time home buyer and he answered all my questions and showed a great deal of patience. I am honestly nothing but impressed with house helpful and effective Jonathan was throuhout the entire process.

We happened to meet Jonathan by chance while inquiring into a home tour. We fell in love with the house and secured him as our realtor. I was shocked through the process considering we closed in 21 days. But Jonathan reassured us early on, kept us apprised on important updates, and was available to answer questions or research further to get us an answer. He is dependable and upfront. I contacted and introduced myself to Jonathan one morning and we began touring houses within a few hours. On our way to the first open house he started giving me guidance and valuable advice which are very helpful to me as a first time homebuyer. Right then and there, I knew that I was in good hands. I was highly impressed with his work ethic and professionalism. He always answered my phone calls and was very patient with me. I knew I had given him a very difficult task when I limited my search to a very specific neighborhood and the inventory was very low. And yet, being the amazing realtor that Jonathan is, he was able to find me a house in that neighborhood and one that I really like. When the closing process began, he was on top of things and very methodical which made the process smooth, less stressful, and we were able to close in record time. I will definitely recommend Jonathan to my relatives, friends, and coworkers and I hope to do business with him again in the future.

Jonathan was recommended by our lender team, we cold called him and asked him to do a home tour by end of day since we were shopping from out of state. Not only did he do a virtual walk through within 2 hours, but he had managed to write the offer letter that evening and had it to the sellers by early AM. Our offer was accepted and we moved to close quickly. We couldn’t have a had an easier or more enjoyable buying experience for our first home. Thanks Jonathan!

Jonathan really used all his resources to secure a condo for me and my family in the Bay Area. It wasn't an easy process due to the competitiveness of the market but we were able to secure a place with amazing interest rates! Jonathan is truly on your side, with the utmost knowledge, compassion, and accountability. He is very easy to work with and was there to guide us along the way.
