Words do not suffice for how fortunate we were having Jonathan in our corner for our first home purchase. From our first conversation, Jonathan helped us set expectations based on our budget, desired areas, and home features we were looking for. Jonathan spent a whole day out with us (in the pouring rain no less) looking at properties, and the very next day, went with us to see the home we ended up purchasing after asking that same morning. Once we were under contract, Jonathan kept us informed constantly on deadlines, alleviating any anxiety that we might fall behind or miss a step. All of his recommendations, from loan officer to inspector, worked out amazingly, which is a testament to his experience and discernment. Jonathan also negotiated the few issues of note identified in the inspection to be taken care of by the owner prior to closing. Thankfully, Jonathan also made the final walk-through for us when we were both tied up at work. Whether you're an apprehensive, first-time buyer or an experienced buyer with high expectations, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better realtor than Jonathan. He truly made me think: "So what's so complicated about buying a home?". 😀

As a first time home buyer, the process was a little intimidating to go through.
....until we met Jonathan.
To say we had the most amazing experience would be an understatement. Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had a seamless, enjoyable experience through the entire process. He was always available when we called, very thorough and knowledgable, and truly had our best interests as his priority. On top of all this, the home we purchased was his personal home. As the seller and as our agent, he looked out for us more than he did himself. That is how we know we made the right choice in using Jonathan as our realtor.
From the beginning to the end, we loved working with Jonathan!

Jonathan really did go above and beyond for the sale of my mom's house. I live about an hour away, and I never once had to drive up to the house to deal with any repairs - Jonathan handled everything. He even worked with me during the cleaning out process before the house was listed. I felt like he was on my side through every step of the process. Not only was he supportive, he also really knows the market. He priced the home correctly and made adjustments when necessary. I would highly recommend Jonathan to help with anything real estate related. Thank you for doing such a great job for my family!

Jonathan did an excellent job helping me find a home. He was available any time we needed (including looking at houses an hour after they were listed) and was lightning quick with any offers and negotiating. He helped a ton when walking through homes to breakdown different strengths and weaknesses to the home or property. Jonathan was great! He was available at anytime we needed, even showed us a house on Valentines day 3 hrs after it hit the market and we had an offer in that night. He is very quick and efficient getting paperwork to you and answering any questions you have. He is very knowledgeable about renovation projects and possible costs. As first time home buyers I would definitely recommend Jonathan! We got our dream house!!

After our mother passed my brother and I were just gonna do a cash’ “as is deal” on my mothers house. However, since my brother had used Jonathon for selling his mother-in-law‘s house we opted to use him for selling our mom’s house and we got close to our asking price on the house. He made this whole process of selling my mothers house very seamless. He was very patient and really worked to make sure our mothers house was marketed. I have to say If I ever need a real estate agent going forward you can bet I will be using Jonathon McLenney!!
