Jonathan Pecora

Growing up in Rochester, Johnathan has had the opportunity to live on both the east and west sides of the city and can offer a wide range of knowledge about many communities.

Initially, Johnathan obtained his real estate license to purchase property for rental and flipping purposes and has been renovating and rehabbing homes for almost 20 years now. This allowed him to better understand house construction and what challenges may occur when purchasing a home. Now that his business has grown, his passion lies in using that knowledge to help his clients find their dream homes.
