Jonathan Rizzo

Jon Rizzo has been with The Boulos Company since 2016. He works in all aspects of commercial real estate with a focus in Southern Maine and Massachusetts, specializing in the industrial sector as well as ground-up development and redevelopment projects. Since joining The Boulos Company, he has represented and consulted several clients on development projects, offering market guidance, and assisting with the execution of a successful strategy to achieve each desired outcome. His preference is to be involved in the early stages of the project to work collaboratively with his clients from planning through delivery. This includes site selection, pre-construction, permitting and approvals, and construction commencement/completion.

Jon has been involved in over 3.5 million square feet of industrial and office transactions over the last five years, which have included acquisitions and dispositions from both an owner/occupant and investment sale standpoint, and leasing transactions for landlord and tenant representation. He holds the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) designation which is comprised of a network of the leading global industrial and office real estate brokerage specialists.

Jon strives to maintain an active lifestyle to keep up with his children. He lives in Cape Elizabeth with his wife, Stefanie, and their three sons, Arthur, Ethan, and Christian. They enjoy spending their free time exploring the outdoor activities that New England has to offer.
