Jonathan Shepherd

Jon is a native of the Treasure Valley and was born and raised in Nampa, Idaho and he understands the numerous intangible benefits of life in Idaho. Idaho’s unmatched four seasons, culture, and outdoor life are a few of his favorites. Jon graduated from the University of Idaho where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Communications.

After graduation, Jon went into the family business where he spent 20 years operating Convenience Stores, fuel distribution and working in commercial real estate. After they sold their business, Jon was excited to start his new adventure and partner with 208 Life Real Estate. He understands what it is like to stand in his client’s shoes - relocating several times, buying, and selling properties of his own in and around the treasure valley and McCall.

Jon currently resides in Boise and enjoy spending time outdoors with his wife Emily, three boys Ryan, Jake, and Cole.
