About Jonathan

Jonathan Stein has lived and worked in Chicago since 2003. Jonathan grew up in Chicago's West suburb of Geneva, and earned his B.S. in Business Management, along with a concentration in entrepreneurship and real estate. Upon graduation Jonathan moved to Chicago's Ravenswood neighborhood and immediately pursued his career as a real estate professional.

Jonathan prides himself on working with buyers and sellers in order to understand the entire real estate transaction process. Jonathan will not only provide and show available listings, but he will also explain how the pre-approval and loan process works, how to submit an offer to purchase, what to expect throughout contract negotiations, attorney review process, inspection, and what to expect at closing. Although this process can be overwhelming to first time buyers and sellers, he makes this process as seamless as possible through exceptional communication, loyalty, honesty, and integrity to every client.

In order to successfully negotiate the best deal for his clients and foster continued success, Jonathan earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Scranton in May of 2014. The advanced skills he acquired in financing, marketing, technology, and overall strategy make Jonathan a very well-rounded real estate professional in today’s ever-changing market.

Jonathan currently resides in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood and is always available to answer any questions regarding the real estate market. He can provide prospective buyers and sellers with a comparative market analysis and an overall introduction to buying or selling in the City of Chicago.
