Jonathan Wade

After spending 10 years developing his sales and managerial skills in the automotive industry, Will Wade brings a passion for real estate to the Weichert team. Combining his customer service and people skills with his recent experience investing in and managing his own commercial and residential real estate projects in the Hudson Valley, Will helps his clients research, rent, buy, and sell properties in the metro NY market. With an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business, Will has a keen understanding of valuation and the many factors that move markets.

Will has been living in NYC for over 12 years and has an appreciation for the many different neighborhoods that make up the five boroughs. He is a member of his condo board and co-president of his neighborhood block association.

When he is not working, Will likes to spend his time outdoors with his wife, friends, and his dog, Zula Starfox. Hiking, skiing, playing squash, traveling, food, reading, and the outdoors are some of his pleasures.
