Jackie, acting as a buyer agent, took the time to show us 8 condo's in one short day. We were interested in Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. Just a few minutes with her told us that she KNEW the area inside and out and she personally had been in most of the listings in the area. After she got a good idea of what we were after, she also showed us 2 more units we didn't have on our radar and they were even closer to what we were after. In the end, she helped us submit an offer that she felt was reasonable given the 'motivation' of the Seller. To our great surprise (and somewhat to hers), she was RIGHT ON THE MARK - the Seller's counter was only 5k from what we offered and 15k under their asking price. Jackie and her crew are the most helpful realtor team I've ever encountered and we are seasoned buyers - having bought 2 properties in Florida, 1 in Chicago and 1 in Denver -- and let me tell you, SHE'S THE BEST EVER. Even to the point of following up with answers to questions we didn't have yet -- her team is great at supporting the needs of seasonal owners. She personally inspected our unit at closing since we couldn't be there. She even stored packages at her office for us to pick up on our first return trip since the closing. She has an extensive list of contractors to help with remodel or freshen up projects. Our thanks to Jackie's team of Jonathan Williams and Ronda Harber, and Jackie herself for all their help! Jackie Griffin and her associate Jonothan Williams were referred to me by the property manager for my rental home - and with good reason! Jackie listed my tenant-occupied home within a couple of days of our first contact, and, despite tenant-related challenges to showing the home, 90 days later I was sitting at the closing table receiving a check for much more money than I had anticipated! In addition to her knowledge and professionalism I was impressed by Jackie's positive, can-do attitude. Her energy and enthusiasm are contagious. Big Kudos to Jackie Griffin’s Team; especially, Karen Steil. When I bought my house, I was astounded at how easy Karen Steil made it all seem. We corresponded for a few weeks before my wife and I flew down from New Jersey to spend a weekend looking at property. Karen had searched diligently for both single-family homes AND maintenance free condos for us. We had finally decided on a condo, but the night before we arrived we told Karen we had changed our mind. She had less than 12 hours to line up some single-family homes for us to look at from one end of the county to the other. She was the exemplary professional. What really impressed us about this lady was her responsiveness. I don’t care if it was 7:00 AM or Midnight, when I e-mailed or texted a question she was there with a response—almost IMMEDIATELY. I first met Jackie over the phone. I was looking at Florida real estate, found a home I was VERY interested in and sent a text message. I was in California at the time and it was 4:30 AM. She responded within 10 minutes! I felt HORRIBLE - I didn't mean to wake her up and have her return my call at that ungodly hour, BUT she reminded me of the 3 hour time difference. We discussed the home, which had been on the market for awhile. She put in an offer right away. The fact that it was a short sale was PERFECT for my situation. My Mother passed away and left HUGE issues which were going to take awhile to fix, so as far as I was concerned, the bank could take as long as they wanted. She hooked me up with a lender right away. I was new to the home buying scene so I was quite anxious. She and her team kept me apprised every step of the way. I was buying this home sight unseen except for the MLS pictures, which I liked. Everything I didn't like was cosmetic, so I knew it could easily be fixed. It got extremely frustrating along the way for a number of reasons and being so far away, I felt helpless. Jackie, Johnathan, Jan and all the rest of the team were great therapists as well. Everyone thought I was absolutely nuts for buying a property without seeing it for myself. I was SO incredibly happy when I finally made it out in December 2011 (one month after the deal closed) and found that they did NOT misrepresent this property just to make a sale and get it off the books. I got the keys from Jonathan, toured my new digs, and went back to the office, and told Jonathan, OH MY GOD!! I LOVE IT. I was SO happy with it. In addition to the utility info, they also gave me numbers for a gardener (it's on a huge lot), pool service, handyman to start repairs. I hired everyone on that list that was suggested. That lead to recommendations for other contractors that I have been absolutely thrilled with. I've been here 1 year and I couldn't be happier. Jackie and crew are absolutely outstanding as agents AND therapists! I would recommend them to anyone who asked without the slightest hesitation. I was 3,000 miles away, but the kept me so closely informed, that I didn't feel so isolated. I'm not sure you could do better than Jackie and her team to help you with any property issue.
