Jonathan is intimately familiar with the many decisions families face when choosing a neighborhood and home, as well as the daunting tasks that can be involved when deciding to sell. As a native of Southern California, Jonathan has lived here for most of his life and has deep roots in the community and a love of the Pasadena area. However, ten years in Chicago did make him a serious Bears fan. He is a graduate of San Marino High School “Go Titans” and the University of Southern California “Fight On.” Jonathan currently lives in Pasadena with his wife Shannon and has four children.
Jonathan's interest in architecture, appreciation for the history and the diverse communities of the Southern California area are what led him into the real estate business.
Prior to joining DPP, Jonathan was on the commercial real estate side of the business successfully assisting individuals and businesses with their real estate needs that included industrial, office, retail and multifamily properties. In addition, Jonathan has enjoyed pursuing some of his own real estate interests over the years that have included single family, multi-family, commercial and agricultural investments.
