Jonathan Yarton

With a forever passion for people and homes, real estate felt like a no-brainer for recent college graduate Jonathan Yarton. After growing up in Rochester, NY, Jonathan decided to move to New York City to pursue his Bachelors in Business Marketing at St. John’s Univeristy. After graduating in May 2019, he decided to use his learned skills and apply them to the world of real estate.

When Jonathan isn’t at work, he enjoys snowboarding, hiking, dancing, and traveling. Through his studies, he was given the opportunity to spend a semester in Europe, spending time in Sevilla, Spain, Paris, France, and Rome, Italy, equipping him with the tools to adapt to every situation with ease.
He specializes in luxury sales and rentals throughout the five boroughs, however as a current resident of the Upper East Side, he has unparalleled knowledge of the area.
Jonathan’s goal is to make sure his clients are happy and calm throughout the entire process of buying or renting. At the end of every deal, he donates part of his commission to a charity, to ensure his business helps as many people as possible.
