Jay was born in Flint, MI where he lived for 17 years until he enlisted in the Marine Corps. As a marine, he traveled around the United States and abroad as an artilleryman for 14 years. Although the corps has served Jay well, it was time for him to pursue other passions. Jay began selling real estate in Jacksonville, NC where he used his experience as a marine to provide invaluable service to active duty, retired service members, and locals in the area. Being married and a father of three, Jay understands having to relocate often and finding a home suitable to raise a family.
