Joni Fortna

Joni is a native of Lebanon County and former employee of the United States Postal Service and Verizon. She started her career in real estate in 2002. What began as a hobby quickly changed into a passionate calling and the decision was made!

Since that time, Joni has been honored on a regular basis by her local Board of Realtors as one of the top local area sales agents. She is a highly qualified, experienced sales associate, having worked as a buyers agent, seller agent, and new home subdivision representative. She has promoted new construction in a broad range of developments including condos at the Reserve at Hershey Meadows and Parkside; townhomes at the Townes at Hershey Road and MacIntosh Crossings; plus detached homes at Tiffany's Equine Estates. Most recently, she was a listing representative for the Village at Springbrook Farms Carriage Homes. She is active both in the Bright multi-list system, reaching agents in multiple states, and also on social media, where she promotes her listings to other agents and potential buyers through the best possible resources. She believes that dependable, conscientious, caring service is the key to success.

In Joni spare time along with her husband, Scott, and her son, Colton, she enjoys biking, walking, and traveling to the beach. She is also a bona fide animal lover and donates a portion of every sale to animal charities.
