Jonita is the BEST!

My experience started by a text on June 29th from Jonita following me looking at an online listing of some newer homes in my area. It wasn't my first time entering the basic information into one of those sites. Every time I did in the past, it didn't go far because my concerns of being able to find something that I liked within my price range seemed so far fetched. I am a single mother of two. What type of house within a GOOD school district could I possibly get qualified for?

I really believe it was God that kept that first interaction going between Jonita and I. Immediately she put me at ease by letting me know she works closely with different lenders that could look at my pre-approval rates. I decided to go for it. My lease is up in October and if not now, then when?

Immediately Jonita went to work looking for homes that met my criteria. By July 7th she had already lined up the houses I was interested in and by July 9th I standing in the house of my dreams. It literally checked off every box and within no time at all we were under contract.

The seller was a not-so-easy person to deal with. When I say Jonita went to bat for me, that doesn't even begin to explain the mountains she climbed to seal the deal. She really fought for me and she didn't back down.

Jonita will truly advocate for you. She is honest, forthcoming and willing to break things down for you, if need be. She checked in with me pretty much every day to give me updates. If she missed my call, she would call me right back or let me know via text when I could be expecting a call back from her. Her professionalism and communication is outstanding and there honestly is no way I could have done it without her!

As a First Time Homebuyer, my husband & I didn’t know what to expect! Our expectations were high and some may say a bit much for a FTHB. However, my first conversation with Jonita was nothing short of amazing! We connected right away and she was extremely patient, kind, informative, and realistic about the entire home buying process. She kept us informed on current market conditions and our chances of getting a home that we wanted. She was very honest with us about our expectations and even created a strategic plan to get us a home within our budget. We worked with Jonita for months before she found our dream home and during the entire process she was extremely positive, motivating, and supportive. She was always available when I needed her and always kept us in the loop with important dates, information, reminders, etc. After working with Jonita pretty much this duration of 2024 I can say she’s amazing at what she does and if you need a realtor that cares about her clients needs and wants than hire Jonita! I could go on and on , but that would be a whole book! The best realtor in GA hands down! When and if I need a realtor she’s the only realtor I’ll call!

Had a pleasant experience to work with Jonita, she's extremely dedicated, hard working, organized, goal oriented and very informative, always ready to answer any questions you'll may have in her field. I can strongly recommend her to anyone who's in search for an outstanding realtor!!!!
P.S. Jonita is the realtor who will stand by your side till the end despite the difficulties, frustration and confusion on the way and she will make sure you'll be successful with the property you're willing to sell or to buy!!! Trust her and her talent!
