Jonna is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. Since we were buying from a long distance away we relied on her heavily. She was amazing at walk throughs and giving us everything we needed to make a smart and educated decision.

She really cares about her clients as well as made buying a house such a breeze! I had really bad, horror story worthy, experiences before with terrible agents. Jonna was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way!

A year after Barb helped us to sell our old home and buy our beautiful new home I am still regularly telling people about the great experience we had working with her. Barb took charge of updates on our old home and got it ready for sale while we enjoyed dreaming about and planning for the new one. She earned a price that was significantly higher than what we would have listed it for, and over asking. The market was good, yes, but Barb's expertise got us even more. Great communicator. Doesn't sweat the small stuff, a quality I didn't know I needed, but she really helped keep me from getting bogged down with petty details. Choose this team, you will not regret it!

Jonna Kosalko was absolutely amazing in helping us sell our existing home (one that she helped us buy in 2015) and buy our incredible new home in the Minnetonka School District. Anyone in the area knows how competitive homes in this district are and Jonna was able to calmly help us navigate the process. She is incredibly responsive and knows the area well. Not only is she is fabulous at knowing how to make our offers stand out in a crowd, she also knows how to make your existing home look amazing to generate lots of interest and offers. Every realtor we interacted with praised Jonna for her professionalism and excellent communications skills (traits that are critical to this profession but that not everyone has). Buying or selling a home can me incredibly stressful and Jonna was so kind, knowledgeable, calm, and clearheaded throughout the whole process. I recommend her to everyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Jonna was amazing to work with, she really knows her stuff! Super responsive and 100% on the ball, but easygoing to work with. I plan to contact her when I buy next year. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else...UPDATE: I did contact Jonna, and she was just as great as helping me buy a house as she was at helping me sell my old one. She was patient with me and persistent with sellers and other agents. This is such a seller's market, but she got me exactly what I wanted (and she actually knew what that was before I did!) at a price I could afford. She was an excellent advocate at my lender's and made the whole process much less stressful than I think it would have been without her. She is also incredibly thoughtful and kind, which is really amazing when you think about how stressful and crazy this market is right now. She's the best!!

Jonna is a real estate wizard! She advocated for my interests at every step of the home buying process. I am a first time home buyer with virtually no practical knowledge; she walked me through everything, explaining each detail in a way that was accessible to a novice like me. She also connected me with all the right people (loan officers, insurance agents, title company, inspectors, etc) all of whom were expert in their fields, as well as being kind and understanding. She was there for me day and night and essentially made the whole process as painless as possible! I could not have done any of this without her; she makes dreams come true! A wizard!

Selling a home is not something a person does every day so there’s a lot of uncertainty and stress involved. Jonna guided me through every step of the process and eliminated nearly all of those concerns. Jonna was responsive to my many questions, often replying within minutes. She not only provided answers to my frequent questions, but more importantly, she provided reassurance.

Jonna was involved and proactive with my sale from the very beginning, but she went above and beyond by also acting as a project manager, coordinating and working with vendors on both large and small projects. She also did an amazing job staging my home. So much so that I questioned why I was selling!

I thought the service I received from Jonna was fantastic. Much better than I had anticipated when I began the selling process. Jonna gave me honest feedback and guidance throughout the process which helped me get a better price on my home than I had originally anticipated getting. Jonna took all of the stress out of selling a home and managed to transform it into an interesting experience. Jonna is a true professional who cares about her clients and I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home.

We had a really great experience buying our first home with Jonna - she walked us through the whole process, from getting financing and starting our search, looking at houses, making offers and explaining the whole document, on through inspection and appraisal to the closing. She had solid advice at every step yet was patient and let us make our own decisions. JONNA IS AMAZING. I worked with her for nearly a year, as I worked through my father's estate to purchase my own home and then sell my (recently deceased) father's duplex. My father was my best friend, and he and I shared that duplex for 25 years, so these were easily the most emotional 18 months of my life. This is the first home I have purchased on my own and regardless of my emotional state, Jonna fielded every question (and I had a lot LOL) with speed, grace and accuracy. On both the buying and selling sides, her negotiation skills were bar none. She knew exactly when to push and when to lay low. She has a large network of service providers and was able to direct to me so many of them that I lost count, as things came up in both processes. She is skilled at crafting strong offers on the buying side, and at explaining the nuances and differences of offers on the selling side. She is personable, fair, detail oriented and cares about her clients and supporting folks in her network and community. She presented the exact same, even-tempered demeanor with me in every interaction we shared over the last year. She went above and beyond in both processes for me and I could not have weathered this time without her. You will love working with her, I promise!

Jonna Kosalko provided great service throughout our purchasing and selling process. While we appreciated her insights into the market and the best practices for selling our home, she was particularly engaged in helping us manage the logistics of selling our home while we were getting settled in our new home and managing very busy work schedules.

Jonna saved us a lot of time and stress helping get various vendors scheduled for things like staging and simple repairs. She also took the time to follow up with every visitor who had done a showing and clarified feedback from all of them. Any agent can get a home listed. Jonna Kosalko is not just any agent. Just a few of the many highlights of our experience working with Jonna: (1) Her deep knowledge and expertise of the Twin Cities real estate market. She took time to understand what we were looking for and helped us navigate various neighborhoods. She provided important context and details along the way which helped us understand which areas were right (or wrong) for us. (2) Jonna is incredibly thoughtful, patient, and honest with her clients. On more than one occasion, she actually advised us NOT to place an offer on a house that was not quite the right one for us. Jonna stuck with me for more than two years as we navigated a challenging condo sale as I looked for a new single family home in Saint Paul. I feel very fortunate that I found my forever home after only putting bids on two other homes. Jonna's knowledge of the market helped me make a strong bid that ultimately won against a cash buyer. Jonna was exactly the realtor that my family needed. My spouse and I usually agree on major purchases, but for different reasons, and Jonna was able to bring in perspective that both of us needed to make the best decisions in the crazy housing market. She was so flexible with her time and scheduling our showings at early morning hours, lunch times, and early evenings around our/toddler schedule. She knew about neighborhoods that we didn't think of and potential in the long run. She also stayed with us for seven nerve racking offers AND on the other end when we sold our house with nine offers. Jonna is an extreme professional, has contacts and great relationships all over the business (important also in this market) and her taste is impeccable.
