Living in the Sacramento region for 41 years has given me a broad view of the Greater Sacramento Area. Over the years I have lived in Roseville, Lincoln, Citrus Heights, North Highlands, Carmichael and Elk Grove (Where I reside now). Each city has their own unique qualities and it just takes some exploring to find what part of the city, the shops and restaurants fit your lifestyle and personality to truly feel at home. It is surely an adventure!
For 15 years I was a Stagehand working in entertainment production (Arco Arena, Golden 1 Center, Sacramento Community Theater, etc). It is a wonderful job creating events and parties for the community. The team building aspect was second to none having to take a project from start to finish with management that you have likely never met on projects that are always changing dynamically, i.e. Every act/productions new tour changes in size and scope so you are always building or creating something new. I am very grateful for my time in that industry and the realtionships that were built along the way.
During my first home purchase in 2015, I had a unique experience that planted the seed that I wanted to become a Real Estate Agent. It took some maneuvering but late 2021 I got my Real Estate license and became a REALTOR. The market has ebbed and flowed more than is historically typical in the short time I have been an Agent so it has been an interesting experience. There are always people buying, selling or investing in Real Estate no matter the market, one just has to find where they fit in and go for it. Buying or selling a home is exciting and I really enjoy sharing in that experience. I feel honored to have been chosen to help people achieve their Real Estate goals and I'm working hard for the opportunity to become your REALTOR for life.
